	Staff & Lay Leadership Team Building Staff need time to relate to one another and build the kind of relationships that results in effective teamwork. We can provide an occasion for that to happen. The objective is to provide an energizing, rejuvenating experience that includes both spiritual renewal and a deepening in relationships and knowing each another.
	Circles of Christian Community: Small Group Ministry Main line congregations are finding that a small group ministry does two very important things. It provides a place where the current congregation can deepen their faith and find support as they live out their Christian ministry. It also enables newcomers to the congregation to quickly develop the spiritually supportive meaningful relationships they so often are looking for. 	Learning Circles A Learning Circle is an opportunity to do continuing education with a supportive circle of clergy or lay colleagues. We are currently engaged in a learning circle in Edmonton in cooperation with Continuing Education for the United Church. We meet once a month for a time of Leadership Explorations.

	Coaching Mentoring and coaching as a model for Christian education is not new. It was used by the prophets long before Jesus' time, and was a model Jesus used to train future leaders. The coaching program is designed to provide support, education, challenge, and encouragement to those who want to explore and develop new ways of exercising their leadership.
